Over the past 15-years our clients, vendors, and suppliers have relied on one of our most valued staff members, Aubrey Innes, Marketing and Sales Manager for both Highlight Technologies and our Laser Jump Start product lines. Aubrey holds three degrees including a Bachelor’s in Marketing. During her tenure, she completed a Masters in Leadership and Management from Concordia University, St. Paul.  

Aubrey has been vital in our daily operations and assisting with our company’s ownership transition. Many of our company’s products and services were developed through Aubrey’s spearheading over the years along with most of our internal management systems being selected and implemented by her supervision. As the company grew, she implemented multiple website revisions and continued to managed multiple websites. 

Our trade-show appearances and multiple Best Booth awards were contributed to Aubrey’s design and management of our trade-show events. She launched our Laser Jump Start product line worldwide and established our distribution network. Aubrey authored multiple articles and press releases featured in The Engravers Journal, A&E (now Graphics Pro Magazine), and Insights Magazine (Awards and Personalization Association). 

Aubrey served as your first point of contact when reaching out to us via phone, email, or web chat whether someone had technical questions or quote requests for their laser systems; in-house laser engraving/cutting services; replacement laser parts; new laser systems; or Laser Jump Start’s software/material products. 

We are saddened to announce Aubrey is leaving the company to purse new opportunities; however, we are exited for her new adventure! We are thankful for her professional dedication and expertise she brought to the company for so many years, which played a significant role in delivering our high-quality services and consultative sales approach you have come to expect.
